Search terms
A name, place, or other term entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. We do not store or log those search terms on our own systems. The provider's policy governs its receipt and handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or use a contact form, we keep the message and contact details needed to read and answer it. We do not share that submission outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Automatic Technical Information
Routine technical details may be recorded when a page loads. They help operate the service, measure performance, and diagnose faults. The data may include:
